This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to ThemiSign ("ThemiSign," "we," "us"). It applies to purchases made through our website and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
ThemiSign offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly in advance. Once a subscription payment has been processed and your plan is active, that billing period is generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid plan features until that period ends.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for your transaction. Your payment receipt and card statement will show a charge from Paddle (typically appearing as PADDLE.NET* THEMISIGN or similar).
Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, applicable sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf. Any approved refund will be issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel:
To cancel, sign in to your ThemiSign account and go to the Subscription page in your dashboard. You may also manage your subscription through Paddle's buyer portal using the link in your purchase receipt email.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:
Because ThemiSign is a digital service that is made available immediately upon payment, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellation. If you no longer wish to continue, please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a limited period after the transaction.
For example, consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and certain other jurisdictions may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for an initial subscription purchase. That right may not apply, or may be limited, if you begin using the service during the withdrawal period and expressly agree that performance may begin before the period ends.
Statutory withdrawal rights generally apply to the initial purchase and do not create a recurring right to refund each monthly renewal. If you believe you are entitled to exercise a statutory right, contact us using the details below and we will review your request in accordance with applicable law.
We may, at our sole discretion and in coordination with Paddle, consider a refund request in limited circumstances, such as:
Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future. Paddle may also review refund requests independently under its own policies.
For billing questions, cancellation assistance, or refund requests, contact us with your account email address and, if available, your Paddle order or receipt number:
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the service. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals.
